The stainless steel Hydropress not only looks good, it also presses that way. The stainless steel lid with quick-release clamp simplifies operation and the discharge outlet made of stainless steel is quickly and easily cleaned. This makes the pressing of juice, fruit, honeycombs, marinated tobacco or citrus fruit a pure pleasure.

High juice yield – less waste
The rapid pressing and the short flow distance preserve the vitamins; the juice has a wonderful aroma of delicious freshness. Due to the high pressure applied, you achieve an exceptionally high juice yield, even if the press basket is only partially filled.
Without electricity, without muscle power
An energy-saving, ingeniously simple drive mechanism: Connect up a garden hose to the normal domestic water supply and turn the tap on. The tap water expands the rubber diaphragm inside the press and presses the shredded fruit against the mesh basket. The pressure and pressing time can be regulated by turning on the tap more or less.

Tonnellerie VLAD is a Romanian Cooperage situated in the Transylvania forest area. Oak is sourced from three forest regions of Romania –Transylvania, Moldavia and Wallachia.
VLAD has its own stave mill and wood yard for maturing the oak for 36 months, where it is crafted with artisanal crafted with long toasting from one to four hours. All oak from Vlad is from PEFC and FC certified forests. Barrels are crafted in 225L, 228L, 300L, 500L. VLAD 225L is available in thin stave (22mm) or regular stave (27mm). The barrels are of high quality and are competitively priced.
Toasting is artisanal – use of incandescent oak embers and slow (two to four hour) low temperature toasting allows the toast to penetrate the staves up to 10mm, and develops refined and subtle oaky notes.

Biodynamic fermentation in the egg shape corresponds to the golden ratio without corners and edges. Wine, must and beer can move freely during the fermentation phase and storage. This makes the process gentler and allows the drink to fully develop.
The idea of fermentation or maturation in the egg is a return to ancient methods, but with new materials. Even in ancient times, alcohol was matured in egg-shaped amphorae. After successful tests with egg-shaped fermentation containers made of concrete for winemaking in recent years, Speidel has now developed the fermentation egg made of food-safe PE.
The oxygen permeability of the food-safe plastic allows an even influence of oxygen and thus ensures an ideal process of fermentation and maturation. After fermentation, the smooth inner surface is very easy to clean.
